Safe and Sound Protocol

This protocol uses sound to create nervous and limbic system regulation. We have not tried it but someday we hope to. Auditory processing seems like an awesome way to heal if you have autism and DID.

The Gupta Program

The Gupta Program is a brain re-training program for nervous and limbic system regulation. We have not tried it, but it is said to be very healing. We're not sure if this program is suitable for someone with both autism and DID.

Dynamic Neural Retraining System

This system will retrain your brain for nervous and limbic system regulation. We have not tried it but have heard that it is healing although it is stricter than the Gupta Program. We're not sure if this system is suitable for someone with both autism and DID.
